BidScout provides opportunity research, organization, summaries, scoring, and source links. It does not provide legal, financial, procurement, or professional advice.

No guarantee of opportunity

A listing or business signal does not guarantee that an organization is buying, that a solicitation remains open, that you are eligible to participate, or that pursuing an opportunity will produce revenue.

Verify original sources

You are responsible for reviewing original source material, solicitation documents, deadlines, eligibility rules, licensing requirements, and other conditions before taking action. Where BidScout and an original source differ, rely on the original source.

Third-party content

BidScout links to public and third-party websites that it does not control. Availability and accuracy of those sources can change without notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use BidScout to misrepresent your qualifications, impersonate another organization, violate procurement rules, unlawfully scrape restricted systems, spam prospects, or misuse personal information.

Availability

Feeds may be delayed or temporarily unavailable because of source outages, API limits, maintenance, or changes to third-party systems. BidScout may modify or discontinue features as the service evolves.
